do my best for the final product.
My work is not only about creating the initial
design in a computer program or just pressing
the "start" button on the machine. The future
appearance of the product must be perfectly
thought out, so that the engraving and cutting
look good and everything works as it should
even when the laser is started. This is
preceded by the setting and adjustment of
several very important parameters and
settings, which affect not only the final quality
of the product, but also the speed of the
production itself.
I charge by a minute of the CNC machine's work.
If I cut, for example, an ordinary circle with a diameter of 10 cm from 3 mm thick plywood, it will take about 3 to 10 seconds. But if I want to cut the same circle from 10 mm plywood, it can take more than a minute. The same applies to other materials. Therefore, the price of each product is determined individually.
FAQ: More complex design = probability of higher price. Cutting a snowflake, for example, can be more expensive than cutting a simple heart, as the snowflake can have a much more complex design.
It is also necessary to add the price of the
material, possibly paints, varnishes, etc. I can
price this only after agreement with the
customer and selection of suitable material, or
any surface adjustments.

After receiving the order / project, I start preparing graphics and setting everything
necessary on the computer. If necessary and if possible, I will try and verify the
correctness of the settings and "functionality" on the same material.
Then I prepare the selected material, set
everything important in the CNC machine
and then start the laser. As soon as it is
finished, I take out the products, which,
according to the agreement with the
customer, I further grind, clean, dye, glue,
assemble, or apply protective oils or
varnishes, or otherwise further finish.
I will pack the finished products and prepare
them for pick up, or I will order the transport
and send it + send a message to the
customer.
